1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of 250 AED or more qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders below 250 AED are subject to a flat delivery fee of 30 AED.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days.
  • Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
  • Our delivery partners may contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability.

Returns – Terms & Conditions

1. Return Period

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
